Casa Bella started with a simple belief: if you manage fewer properties and care for them well, everyone benefits — guests, owners, and the community that hosts them.
Our Story
A husband & wife team.
Casa Bella was built by Jake and Andrea — two people who love this stretch of Florida coastline and wanted to do something here that was actually worth doing. Not a portfolio. Not a side hustle. A real hospitality business with real standards.
We started because we kept seeing the same thing: vacation rental management that prioritized scale over care. Generic communication. Properties that aged faster than they should because no one was truly paying attention. We knew we could do better — and that doing better meant staying small enough to mean it.
Today we manage a curated collection of homes in New Smyrna Beach and surrounding areas — properties we're genuinely proud of, guests we actually look forward to hosting, and owners who trust us with something that matters to them. That's the only way we want to operate.
