Frequently Asked Questions
We use keyless entry. You'll receive your unique access code and full check-in instructions 48 hours before your arrival via email. Everything you need — WiFi, parking, trash, and local tips — will be in your digital house guide.
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you're interested in early check-in or late check-out, let us know — we'll check the calendar and do our best to accommodate.
All homes are stocked with quality linens, towels, basic kitchen essentials, and initial supplies (soap, shampoo, paper goods). Most properties include beach gear. The specific amenities are listed on each property page.
Some of our homes are pet-friendly. The property listing will clearly indicate if pets are allowed. A small pet fee applies. Please reach out before booking to confirm.
For bookings made directly on this site: cancel free within 24 hours of booking (when check-in is more than 7 days away), then a full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% refund between 30 and 14 days, and non-refundable inside 14 days of check-in. Bookings made on Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com follow the cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of booking. Optional trip protection is available after booking through your guest portal, and we always try to re-book cancelled dates when we can.
Day visitors are welcome within reasonable limits. Our homes have occupancy limits that must be respected at all times. Please don't host large gatherings or events — our homes are not suited for that, and it's a condition of your booking.
Contact us immediately and we'll take care of it. We have a local team that can respond quickly. We don't want anything to disrupt your stay and we're much better positioned to help if we know about it early.
Minimums vary by property and season. Our beach vacation homes typically require 2 to 3 nights, and several of our homes are furnished monthly rentals with a 30-night minimum. Each property page shows its current minimum.
Our homes are designed for residential vacation use, not events or large gatherings. If you're planning something specific, please reach out first — we'll give you an honest answer.
When you book directly, you get the best available rate (no platform commission built in), direct communication with our team, and a more personal experience from inquiry to checkout. It's simply a better booking.
