The layout was made for groups. Two full kitchens plus a kitchenette spread across the floors, so a family breakfast never has to queue. Multiple gathering spaces inside and out. An outdoor area with seating, shade, and enough room to grill, relax, and watch the sun set without queuing for a chair.
Inside, each bedroom is set up with the basics done right — quality linens, good beds, proper blackout for anyone who needs to sleep in. The bathrooms are distributed well enough that mornings stay civilized.
816 Ocean Ave is about as well-located as New Smyrna Beach gets. The surf is right there. Flagler Avenue's restaurants and shops are minutes away by car or bike. And NSB has the kind of laid-back energy that makes a week feel longer than it is — in the best possible way.
