Sunshine on La Paloma is a furnished monthly rental on a quiet residential street in Daytona Beach, a short walk from the sand and about fifteen minutes from Halifax Health Medical Center. The house rents by the month, thirty nights or longer, in keeping with Volusia County zoning for this neighborhood, which makes it a natural fit for travel nurse contracts, work relocations, and remote months in the sun.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and room for six: a king in the main bedroom, two twins in the second, and a sleeper in the bright Florida room. Around 1,200 square feet, fully furnished, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, an attached garage, and bicycle storage. Cooling comes from wall and window air-conditioning units in the main rooms, and the house is dog friendly with prior approval.

Daily life is easy here. Groceries, pharmacies, and the beach are minutes away, the street stays quiet, and downtown Daytona and the boardwalk are a short drive when you want them.

A month is the minimum, a few months is the sweet spot. Move in. Settle in. Stay a while.
